Psychological safety for leaders

This training is possible both online and face2face.

The definition that is used in this program is introduced by Amy Edmondson in 1999:

“Psychological safety is a shared belief among team members that the team is safe from interpersonal risk-taking.”

Research shows that companies that invest in psychological safety have a greater commitment from their employees. People are able to perform more creatively, more innovatively and better. But how do we develop psychological safety? In this program, leaders are provided with an understanding of what psychological safety is, its benefits and how to build that safe environment in their team.

Do you want to know how safe your team currently is? Fill in the questionnaire and receive an immediate response. ->

People who have trained with us on this topic shared the following:

“You have to feel the support to open up and be able to trust and feel empathy. The practice was very helpful. To share with colleagues. I will support my team with the building blocks. Today it is perhaps more important than ever. It will help them get the best out of themselves. My goal is that the team will work great together, even when I’m not there. ”

“For me, this was the best session so far. You really succeeded in creating an environment in which we could have an open dialogue. Everyone was engaged and that was so good for the energy. Thank you very much for this session. “

“After assessing the team, I now know much better how to deal with the problems that arise. It is a good foundation to better understand the people in my team. I will use the building blocks in my role as a leader “

“It will help me to structure my conversations. I will use the structure to make my conversations with the team easier ”

“I’ve been given some practical ideas on ho w to build that security and I’ll use the metaphor in a team meeting to see where people are and what they need”
